Blediting

I have always loved red pens. They're bright, they're vivid, and something crossed out or written with one has authority. I had a teacher in high school who called it "bleeding all over your papers" when she would grade. I found that delightful.

Now, at work, a red pen is what I use to denote changes, things that are important, etc. And once in awhile, if they ask, I'll bleed all over someone's paper/screenplay/story for nostalgia's sake.
